Day 3 of 21
1. The internet. My bane & my boon. Useful and destructive.

Day 2 of 21
1. Clean and potable water: We are i the middle of a drought and under water restrictions, but for a few hours each day I have clean water flowing from my pipes. I don't have to walk miles to collect water or worry about communicable diseases.
2. a Sound Mind: I have the capacity to think and reason and learn. I don't suffer from any defects in these areas (though at times my decisions make that questionable)
3. 3 Little Terrorists: Midnight, Moonshine & Snowflake, who bring a smile to my face.

Grateful Journal day 1 of 21
I've been thinking about doing this for a while, but keep getting distracted. I have no excuse, but last night after watching a TED talk by Shawn Achor "the Happy secret to happy work", i've decided to give his version a try.
His idea involves the following for 21 days:
1. 3 new things you are grateful for each day
2. Journal entry of a positive experience
3. Meditating
4. sending a 2 minute email of gratitude.
So here's to day 1 of 21
Three things i'm grateful for:
1. Supportive Family & Friends, though I don't deserve it
2. Roof over my head, I've never had to sleep rough
3. Food to Eat, I've never gone to bed hungry
